ArcGis Explorer MSI location?

Where is the ArcGIS Explorer(1500) MSI ?

http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisexplorer/1500/install_guides/arcgis_explorer_install_guide.htm mentions it is available as part of the Web download but all I can find is http://gisupdates.esri.com/ArcGISExplorer/Build1500/ArcGISExplorerDownload.exe , which isn't an option for silent installs in a GIS lab environment.

In your temp folder you will find the full setup after downloading and running the downloader.exe
