Can anyone help me on this, I have installed 2500 version of ArcGIS Desktop.
I have added GIS layer files to the map and it works fine.
the problem is when i tried to edit the properties, the right click button does not work.
I cant be able to access the layer properties and then to POPUP layout properties.
your help is much appreciated
