When checking hardware requirements with "System Requirements Lab Analysis" to install the Arcgis Explorer on my notebook, I saw the result which my GPU chipset (nvidia GeForce 310M) does not have 3D ability. Is it right?
After installing the arcgis explorer, whenever I change 2D display into 3D display, I have to see a frozen window screen of the arcgis explorer on my notebook.
