Installed new ... after running system requirements test successfully
I can see the thumbnails and pick a base map but the map does not load
When I run the connection speed test everything-passes expect the network route...(it says Test site unreachable)
Is this why? either way any ideas what's wrong with the installation?
I can see the hand in the map viewer but no map appears (just desktop backgrounds), even though it appears to be loaded?
