ArcGIS Explorer crashes right away

I have Just installed the latest version of ArcGIS Explorer on 3 different computers It works on 2 of the 3 computers , the 3rd crashes immediately. The computer meets all of the software requirements, and an earlier version of the Explorer was installed on it before. I can not figure out why it wont work.

Probably not your issue but i figured I would share. I had a computer where the My Documents was pointed to a location I did not have permissions to. The application will crash in this isntance as it is trying to create and ArcGIS Explorer folder somewhere where it can't.
