ArcGis Explorer 2500 and ArcGis Explorer 2012

Hi, I would like to know if ArcGis Explorer 2500 and ArcGis Explorer 2012 are different products or the same?  I found confusing information. As an example see this:

There, in the search and portability section, it seems to refer to Explorer 2012. If the Explorer 2012 exist where can I found it?

"ArcGIS Explorer 2012" was a working name and the actual released version is "ArcGIS Explorer Desktop 2500."
