I recently installed Arc10 on a coworker's laptop. When I open Arc10 a small portion of the upper left corner of the monitor begins to flash. The flash looks similar to someone holding down a shift key to cycle through main toolbar.
The flash starts before the program even opens and continues even after opening. The flash will show on the desktop and other programs as long as Arc10 is open. And it will then go away after Arc10 is closed.
It does not appear to affect performance in the program. It is just very annoying for the user.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Or know of any fixes, besides reinstalling?
