I have had Arc Explorer on my computer for a couple of years. It has always worked fine in the past, but now most of the tools, such as Identify, will not work, nor can I access the Help menu. I can upload layers through the Catalogue, but can't do much else.
There is nothing that I could find in the Knowledge Base regarding this problem. In fact, getting info about ESRI products is a struggle every time, but that's another issue.
If someone could prpmptly respond, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
