Apply Same Symbol to whole layer?

I love the ArcGIS Explorer software!  However, I am having a problem with the symbols.

I imported 3 CSV data files.  Each one has imported into it's own folder.  I would like all the items in each folder to have the same symbol without having to click on each individual data point and update it manually.  Is there a way to apply the same change to the entire folder?

I see this is possible in the online version of the software, but this version will not let me email the map as an image.

You can multi-select notes and apply the symbol change to all of the selected.

You can also click the file menu and share the map as an image.
