Hi,

I am experiencing a bug on the new version of Experience Builder Developer (1.4).

When I add a Views Navigation Widget within a Sections Widget, I get an error message saying "Cannot read property 'widgetType' of undefined". This was working before on 1.3

Here's my app for tracking the Perseverance Rover on Mars that shows this working:

It's on the bottom left corner:

Hi @BrunoSousa1 - could you check if you copy the config JSON, the custom widget is also copied? There is a custom bookmark widget of which the manifest is missing so I can see the described behavior. I wonder if that's the same case for you as well.

Refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/upgrade/ for the custom widget upgrade.

Let me know if that solves your problem.

@BrunoSousa1 - Thanks for sharing your app. I can reproduce it using the info. We will take a look.

Hi @TonghuiMing, please let me know when you have any information on this. I'll upgrade to 1.4 as soon as we can find a fix or workaround for this bug. Thanks 🙂

Hi @TonghuiMing. The app was indeed missing this custom bookmark. I did copy the custom widget back into the 1.4 folder and the Views Navigation Widget within a Sections Widget started working again. I don't know what's the connection between them, specially because the custom Bookmark widget is not being used anywhere in the app.

Thanks for the help. That in fact seemed to be the problem and the app seems to be working fine.
