Unable to Export from Enterprise services since latest update

Since the June 25, 2025 AGO update we can no longer export from our Enterprise services published to ArcGIS Server 10.9.1. These were working prior to the upgrade. They are not secured services, we've confirmed in the settings they are all enabled to allow Export, and I confirmed successful export from the service in ArcGIS Pro.

ArcGIS Online hosted layers still export just fine.

Our services are still version 10.9.1. I have a ticket open with Esri support but trying to find a path forward for our org as quickly as possible. I am curious if anyone here using 11.x is experiencing the same issue or not?

Thanks so much for the reply, sounds related yes although we are experiencing the issue with non secured services in this case. If Esri made it easier to self research bugs it would have saved everyone time...

I just posted the same info. I have a case open with ESRI as well. They said it was the BUG above that was mentioned.
