I am trying to show totals of different attributes for some tree data. For example, count of total tree sites, count of empty tree sites, and count of tree sites with trees.

If I connect to the default view of the data and then choose COUNT({OBJECTID}), it will display the total number of features.

works fineworks fine

But when I create a view and then try to do the same calculation looking at the view, it just shows the formula COUNT({OBJECTID}).

It turns out I'm getting a 403 error. The image below shows two text boxes, both looking at the same source data. The only difference is the bottom text box has is looking at a view of the original data and the top is looking at the default. For whatever reason, the view is throwing a 403 error. I'm working in AGOL, but the data is a referenced layer coming from ArcGIS Enterprise and added to AGOL as a referenced layer.

Hi LRoberts_RDM,

I couldn't reproduce this issue. Could you share a sample app?

Thanks,

Ke

@Ke_Xu Is your AGOL username ke13810? If so I invited you to a group so you could see it and edit it. The experience builder app is called Fire Hydrant Error Example.

this is not looking at the tree data, as that one I do not have permission to share, but I replicated it with a permits layer. The layer originates in our ArcGIS Enterprise. I then added it as a referenced service to our AGOL environment with the credentials stored.
