Hi everyone,

I'm struggling to find a status update for BUG-"000171941" and would like to know if anyone has found a workaround while the problem persists. The bug has previously been submitted October of 2024 without an update.

The specific issue I'm running into is with the LRS Identify tool (using Experience Builder Enterprise version 1.14.0) popup not appearing unless I open the Experience in an incognito browser. This problem/workaround exists in both Chrome and Edge browsers.

Does anyone have a workaround? I would really like to get this fixed!

It says in "Product plan".  Hover over the popup to see what that means.

Are you subscribed to the issue?  Barring that, contacting Tech Support would be your best option

Thank you for the reply Dan. I think escalating this to ESRI Tech Support will be my next step.

Hi @ITDGIS ,

Internal details states that the bug is not reproducible in a later version. Are you working with Developer Edition? If so, could you try upgrading to the latest version of Experience Builder Developer Edition?

As far as I can tell, I'm not using a Developer Edition as I don't have access to the TypeScript, React or Jimu tools in the widget section.

Hi @ITDGIS

In your initial description, you mentioned "Experience Builder Enterprise version 1.14.0". 1.14 is a Developer Edition version. If you are not using Developer Edition, I assume you are working with an ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online portal. If ArcGIS Enterprise, what is the version of this portal?

I'm still new to this side of ArcGIS Enterprise,  but I believe we are working through ArcGIS Online portal. I just checked the version number and it's 11.3.

Thank you for confirming. Looks like you are working with ArcGIS Enterprise version 11.3 , not ArcGIS Online.

Based on the internal details of the bug, it says that the issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4. If upgrading to 11.4 is not feasible for you, then escalating the bug through Tech Support or using Developer Edition is your next best step.

Let me know if there are any questions.
