Hello,

I'm quite new to the Esri Apps and just recently starting to use the ArcGIS Experience builder to start a website map for a county that I'm working for. I was able to get the search widget to search certain tax parcel number and zoom to the location of the parcel, but unfortunately it seems to remove all other features on the layer expect for the searched tax parcel. Is there something I'm missing? I assume that I might need to delve into ArcGIS Developer and use a those tools. Also, I've attached a image of the screenshot.

Thanks,

Ryan X.

Hi @Anonymous User ,

If you don't want to remove other features from the layer, you can create a view and apply search on the data view.

Hi all, I'm having the exact same issue, only in ONE of my experiences the search on a parcel layer also hides features from unrelated layers (I have other experiences where this is not happening). I'm ok with the fact that the search only shows the parcel selected, but why/how is it affecting other data in the map?

If you have not found an answer to this yet. This is what worked for me.

The Enable filtering for layer source search button was switched on. turn it off and it wont turn off the layer upon search of that object. This worked for me, i can not guarantee it will work for you.
