Scale Issue of scale bar vs map reporting different measurments
There is an issue where the scale bar is reporting differently than what the map is reporting. In the attached PDF, you can see that the scale bar and measurement tool are both reporting 675 feet at different lengths. When I look at the source Pro project that is used for the print service templates, the scale bar vs the measurement widget report the same. We have been using this print template in WAB (can be accessed publicly here) and the scale issue does not exist. When importing this print service in Experience Builder, the issue was reported. For another layer, when I switched the AGOL print service, the scale issue does not exist.
I have verified that all items within the webmap being used in EB are published in the same coordinate system as the print service.
