Related table filter will not function

Hello, I have set up many related table filters using the actions tab of both the map and list widget in many other EB applications. For some reason, it will not work when the table I want to filter is in a view. I can't think of anything else that is different about this configuration except for the addition of the view. I have the unique ID fields linked between the two tables but the filter will not function:
