Query Widget "Show on Map" action not showing all results

Hi, we have a query widget set up in Experience Builder where we want the user to be able to select a feature from the filter layer, apply a buffer and then see the intersecting results on a map from the data source. We have set an action so that the results show in our map but when using a buffer it only appears to show those that fall directly within the selected feature. In the image below you can see where we have applied a 5km buffer all those records inside the polygon are highlighted in red but one of the items we selected from the results list is off to the west and highlighted in yellow after using the "Show on map" data action. This should also show as a red point as should any other features within 5km of the polygon. We've tried this on a couple of maps now and in the second example shown below it didn't even show all the features within the selected polygon. The show on map action definitely appears to be a bit buggy. If someone could look into this it would be much appreciated.

Without logging in, the Locator uses the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service. When logged into one's organization account, the Locator will access the Locator within the current organization. However, even when logged into one's organization account, not accessing the Locator within the organization can also lead to misunderstandings. Currently, it is consistent with the behavior of the Map Viewer.
