Query widget: Display fields not being displayed

I configured the Query widget to display 6 attributes for geometries which get selected as a result of a query.  However, when I click on the arrow to the left of the title of each result, nothing shows:

As shown below, you can see where I configured "Display fields":

Is this a bug I am running into?

If you want to see the display fields, you need to expand the result.

Shengdi, as I noted, when I expand the result (like you did), nothing displays.  That is the problem

This problem has been resolved, but unclear why.   I re-added the query as before

Same problem. 
No resolve. 
Works fine in WebAppBuilder with same data source
