Hello all,
We have a web app that uses the "Sentinel-2 Level-2A" and "Terrain" layers drawn in from ESRI's Living Atlas.
The app also has a bunch of other layers in the map.
The print function works fine on all of the other layers (including ESRIS's "World Imagery" layer), but as soon as you add in the Sentinel 2 or the terrain layers, the print function fails.
This failure applies to both WAB and ExB. It appears to be an Image Service issue as it also happens with our own hosted image services (not just Living Atlas).
Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is a work around?
Many thanks
Crispin
Hi @GeomaticsPublisher ,
Sorry for the late reply.
I cannot reproduce this bug, can you share a sample map to reproduce it?
Thanks,
Shengdi
Hi Shengdi, thanks very much for getting back to me on this. Here is a sample map.

If you try printing with the Sentinel-2 layers in the "Satellite imagery layers" group for example or the "Terrain no surface objects - shaded relief" layer in the "Topography data (LIDAR) layers" group (both of which are drawing from Living Atlas), the print function fails. I have seen this behaviour in WAB as well.
Many thanks
Crispin
Hi Crispin,
Sorry for the late reply. I can reproduce the bug in your sample app. We'll look into it.
Many thanks,
Shengdi
Brilliant! Thanks Shengdi! 🙂
