Hi all. I have am experience builder and when I select on point the pop up comes up as intended. But when I cycle through the features (1 of 4 for example) it freezes on the same service. I can't go back, can't close it. nothing. Even if that is the only selectable feature it still freezes. Any ideas what could be happening?

I didn't notice this until you mentioned it in this post. This is new, so I'm wondering if it might be tied to the February update. We might need to put in an ESRI support case.

@Braty did you put in an ESRI case? I just did. Waiting for the results of the testing on ESRI side.

Hi @Braty,

This should be a bug. Could you share your data and app with me? My username is ke13810. Or you can contact the Support team to help reproduce your issue.

Thanks,

Ke

@Ke_Xu, I had a case open with ESRI, and their conclusion was that the page had become corrupted after the Feb Update. Their recommended solution was to delete the original page and recreate it. We tested this approach, and the issue no longer occurred on the newly created page.

If there is an alternative solution available, that would be greatly appreciated. At this time, recreating the page is not a practical option because we currently have URL Parameters configured for external users. Creating a new page changes the widget ID values, which breaks the existing links being used by those users.

We cannot spend time and resources updating URL Parameters every time an update causes corruption or changes the widget IDs. We are hoping to find a more sustainable solution that preserves the existing links and configurations.

Hi @JudithWammack,

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, recreating the page is not a good option.

I have an app that I created before February of this year, which uses a hosted feature layer, so I can't reproduce the issue. Could you describe the specific steps? A sample app is better. We will analyze the cause further.

Thanks,

Ke

The link above is to our county web map where the issue is occurring. The easiest way to reproduce the problem is as follows:

Zoom in until the parcel lines are visible (Red Lines)

Open the select widget (labeled "Parcel Select" for our end users)

Select three or more parcels.

In parcel select, go to Actions and open the pop-ups for the selected parcels.

Use the arrow in the pop-up to navigate between parcels.

At that point, the pop-up title updates to the next parcel, but the data displayed does not update accordingly.

If you would like to review my previously closed cases related to this issue, the work order numbers are #04141275 and #04168609.

I would like to add that we do not use hosted feature layers. This map is a map image layer.
