Pop-ups not working when using measurement tool

I've encountered another bug with ExB since the June 2026 update.

While making a measurement using the measurement widget, or if a measurement has not been cleared, no pop-ups will work for any features. The feature turns blue as if selected but it just flashes and no pop-up appears.

I have been able to recreate this issue across multiple webmaps and various accounts/portals.

This is my first post/bug submission so let me know if there is any additional info I can provide.

I feel like this is to be expected but if it is a bug you need to log it with Esri support by calling.

I have found another bug related to adding records in the Edit pane. Essentially, if a record is added or updated, and one tries to close the edit widget pane, an error message pops up saying that there are unsaved edits. But then if "Discard edits" is selected, the information is still there. Should I make a new bug report about this issue with more details? Laura mentioned that I should log a bug report instead of making a post so just looking for how to best go about reporting it.
