Recently ran into issues with custom infographic reports not showing up as options under 'My Infographics' when using the Business Analyst widget in Experience Builder.
A single one went missing and upon further investigation, none of the reports I created this year are available. I can still select some of my custom infographics but they are all reports referencing older Esri data.
I've checked that they are all shared across my organization and will all necessary groups.
I've tried duplicating and creating new ones... none of which show up as options in the Experience Builder BA widget.
What am I missing?? Thanks!

Hello @GISVP
I suspect you might not have fully migrated all your custom infographics (My/Shared) after the data update this summer.
My recommendation is you sign in to Business Analyst Web App and confirm if you have completed the data update and migration of all your custom reports. You should see this message and click yes to complete the process:
Please also note that your custom infographics are filtered by the data source (vintage). Use the data source selector to compare the list of your old vs updated/new infographic list. If you don't see your custom templates when Esri 2024 is selected, that explains why they are also missing in ExB.
Once the infographics are updated, you should be able to see them in the BA widget in ExB. Notice that the widget will default to Esri 2024 data source and you can toggle back to see the old 2023 infographic templates as well:
I hope this helps.

@GISVP
What is the UserType/Role assigned to your account in the org?
Are you the only user encountering this issue in your org?
Does this happen if you create a new ExB or if remove and re-add the BA widget?

This is amazing, thank you so much for the detailed response!
I had already updated the data vintage in BA but, after going into Experience Builder and changing the Data Source from 2024 to 2023 then back to 2024, all of my reports are available again!
THANK YOU!!
