Map Widget is not zooming or selecting with mouse

Has anyone experienced issues with the map widget working fine with the usual ability to use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom and the mouse to select a feature and then it no longer is responding to zooming or clicking. 

My map widget has stopped working. 

Please help!

AGOL or Portal? Has the browser cache been cleared? Is it happening for all users?

The sidebar widget was covering the map. Problem Solved. User Error
