Map keeps zooming to a spot when opening the Experience?

I have an experience set up and I recently went back in to fiddle with it.

I've noticed that when I open it up in preview or the published modes, it will open to the correct extent, then zoom in really far.

I have checked that the web map itself is saved at the correct extent, and I've saved the Experience at the right extent.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

There used to be a setting in Experience Builder to remember your application settings when you last used it. To fix it.....

Delete site data and you will be golden.

Well, I tried in a different browser and it zoomed OUT this time, not in.

Anyway, looks like clearing browsing history and cookies fixed it.
