How to auto refresh text widget

Working in EB 10.9.1 here. I have a COUNT() expression based off a data view on a Survey123 layer. I've set the refresh interval on the layer in the Data tab (see below) . However, these do not appear to update when new surveys are submitted to my enterprise. How do I get these text widget expressions to automatically refresh?

Hi @BenjaminWHughes , your configuration is correct. Turning on the auto refresh will update the statistics once the source layer is updated, in this case, when the survey is submitted. We could not reproduce the defect based on the steps you described. Could you reach out to the support engineers so that they can help reproduce your issue?
