Feature Info Widget Display Problem "Selected Feature"

Hello,

I am currently have a problem where I am trying to only display information within the "Feature Info" panel when you interact with the map. I have done it before by following this page, https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-prevent-details-in-the-feature-info-widget-from... and it still works on past experience but when I try to do the same thing on a new experience, it keeps displaying in the panel.

This is the new one, I did the same thing as before but it still show the information.

I am wondering if anyone is having the same problem and if you have figure out why it is happening.

After selecting which Datasource to use, click on the dropdown menu and select Selected Features.

That is what I did before I made this post. Both experience builders that I have made in 2026, this option is not working, where as the ones before 2026 are currently still working like that.

Hi, @KarliJaeger 

Could you try adding a Text widget and connecting it to the same data source layer as the Feature Info widget, also selecting 'Selected features'? Please observe if the Text widget displays any data before you click on the map.
