I am currently working in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.
This particular issue came about after fixing another issue, since moving to Experience Builder and Enterprise 11.X.
Originally, I used a custom imagery basemap in WKID 7607(recent orthos flown), the problem was Map Viewer doesn't seem to like county coordinate systems and any type of measurement resulted in the who viewer locking up. So for my experience I removed the measurement tool and instructed individuals to use the draw tool with measurements turned on. It worked but most of the consumers (mostly realtors and assessors) did not enjoy the extra steps they had to take. An individual recommended that I just use an ESRI basemap and overlay my imagery over top. So I finally got around to trying this out and now the measurement tool works great... but now my parcel selection highlight is off by several feet.
When I use the WKID 7607 basemap everything highlighted right on top of the selected feature... but then the measure tool breaks. The orange dots are where the attempts were made.
I even created a new web map to try out with just the parcel layer and it still highlights offset.
I am trying to avoid reprojecting our published layers. The map the I published from in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.6 does have the transformation set up if that matters.
I know this was an issue with the print tool, where features we drawing offset in the print layout, until I fixed the spatial reference. Is there any way to change the spatial reference of the web map or map widget in experience builder?
This should be a bug. You can contact the Support team to help reproduce your issue.
It may be a similar issue with BUG-000173253 A map image service with a different projection from the basemap results in an additional selection in ArcGIS Experience Builder. The BUG-000173253 will be fixed on ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1.
Thanks,
