We use Experience Builder autoplay functionality for a display in our Police Department. The display computer is set up in Kiosk mode to limit user interaction with the device. Over the past week we've had this working properly in a Firefox browser, but this morning the autoplay no longer initiates when the browser is loaded. Is anyone aware of changes to Firefox or ExB that might be causing this issue?

Background:

We first tried setting this up in Microsoft Edge Kiosk mode, but for autoplay to initiate it required a user to move the mouse on the screen. Because this is a standalone computer without a mouse, this functionality did not work for us. We were able to get this functionality to work in Firefox browser without any interaction on the system up until this morning (3 Sept. 2025). We also have a script that runs every five minutes that kills the browser and reloads it so that any new content that is published to the ExB item gets pushed. We are using this PD Display as an awareness tool in our officers' breakroom so having it loop properly is key for situational awareness. Thanks!

@TaylorBlose7 Autoplay works just fine in Kiosk mode from my end. I was testing in Firefox (143.0, aarch64) on a Windows machine. Do you have more info on the environment you are running, e.g. browser version, os version? Did you run the kiosk mode with the following command?

[install directory]\firefox.exe -kiosk
