I added two scenes into one map widget. Everything works fine in draft mode during configuration.

After publishing the app, the elevation profile widget only works for the first scene. If I switch to the other scene, the elevation profile will show as blank.

Switch back to the first scene, works again.

Hi @BrandonGuo ,

Apologies for the delay on this. We've taken a closer look at the issue and it appears it may be tied to a faulty configuration. It looks like the widget may not be properly connected to the elevation service data source you are using in the web scene.

Fix: opening the app in the configuration mode, accessing the Elevation Profile settings, and saving the app again should update the configuration; after which everything should work as expected.

I am not sure how the widget entered this faulty state. We also attempted to reproduce the issue by creating multiple apps but were unable to replicate the problem. If you have more information on how his app was configured, and perhaps when the configuration was last updated (an approximate date) would be most helpful!

Thank you!,

Alix

Hi @BrandonGuo ,

Thanks for posting! Would you by chance be able to share the two web scenes you are using, and how you have configured the Elevation Profile widget for them?

I'm trying to also observe the issue from my end so we can resolve it.

Thank you!

See my DEMO app below, @AlixVezina

Experience builder app: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/254626bc42d04877b5206eced0374c83

On page 1, I added two scenes to the map widget with one elevation profile widget. Elevation profile is not working on both scenes.

On page 2, there is only one scene on the map widget. It's one of the scenes from page 1; elevation profile can display elevation correctly.

Thanks, @AlixVezina . Might be the June update? Works now after resaving the app in configuration mode without any changes.
