Edit Widget Create Feature displaying all values

I have an application that allows the user to add/edit a sign feature and I want them to be able to simply create a point and add in the data. However, the create feature section is displaying all of the available sign options even though they are all symbolized the same. So in the image below, I want everything under Signs to be a single item (Signs) and when the user edits the feature, they can choose what sign it is.

Hi @MelissaGearman , are you using ArcGIS Online or are you in Enterprise?

In ArcGIS Online, you can now manage the editing templates for a layer in Map Viewer.
