Duplicating an Experience removes new item ownership

Hello! I'm using ExB Developer 1.3 with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1.

When I duplicate an Experience from the main page (by clicking on the ellipsis button and selecting duplicate), the new experience is created but I can't open it. There is no ownership shown to the item and when I try to open it, I get the following error:


My account is an admin on the Portal, and I can open any other experiences that haven't been duplicated.

The new item doesn't even show up in Portal, but somehow does appear on the main page of ExB??

Any thoughts? Is this a bug?

I was able to workaround the issue in the following way:

- Open another experience

- On the URL, change the "ID" parameter to the new one:

  • https://localhost:3001/builder?id=3

- The Experience will open, then make a trivial change and save it. After this the ownership seems to be restored and can open it from the main page.
