Drop Down instead of SQL statement Geoprocessing Tool

I have a simple tool that resides on a server. I have changed up the tool but can only get it to come into experience builder as an sql statement. I'm not sure how to get the choices to appear in a drop down. Is there a way to do this without creating the tool in the app? Please and thanks.
