I’m currently using Experience Builder and would like to confirm whether it can use the same custom print layouts that I created in ArcGIS Pro and published to ArcGIS Online for Map Viewer. Also, from what I understand, custom print layouts might only be available to the Professional user type.
Thank you.

@LauMichele

As of today if you are entirely a AGOL customer (meaning you don't have your own enterprise print service, instead using AGOL print service) ExB doesn't allow you using a portal item as layout template unlike map viewer.

Hopefully they will support this when AGOL's premium print service comes out of beta. At that time you are right, it will be same pagx file that you author from ArcGIS Pro can be used with ExB's print widget.

On the user type thing, you are right - currently we have this requirement that you need to use 'Professional' or 'Professional Plus' user type to use this capability from Map Viewer.

Are your custom print layouts created with Enterprise as a geoprocessing service and then utilized in AGOL?

Or are you able to crate these custom print layouts directly in AGOL?
