As an ArcGIS Online (AGOL) Power User, I used to be able to edit/update other users' Web Experience Builder without having to change ownership.
After the AGOL update, I cannot edit othter users' ExperienceBuilder anymore. I am able to edit other applications like ArcGIS Dashboard, but not with ExperienceBuilder. Changing ownership to myself then changing it back is cumbersome and adds additional steps that were not required before. Is this a bug or is there a setting now to allow other users to edit Experience apps even if they don't own it? Thank you!

Hi Stephanie,
Any update for the ArcGIS Enterprise? I'm using 11.3 and still experiencing the same bug.
Hi @xingchenc There is a separate defect for ArcGIS Enterprise which was fixed at 11.4, so it should not be a problem in 11.5 which just released on the 22nd. There is a patch available for some earlier versions as well, including 11.3. More information can be found here.
Thank you!
Hi @Stephanie_F , thanks for the information - looking forward to it being resolved!
