ArcGIS Experiencebuilder zoom to item function in list widget not working

Hi, I'm using the list widget in EB and I would like the user to click on an item on the list and the map would then zoom to the selected item.  I've configured this in the data actions tab on the widget, but the map doesn't zoom, or doesn't zoom to a close enough level to the selected item.

You may want to use a custom zoom scale, so it zooms closer to the selected item.
