ArcGIS Experience Builder - text alignment with different screen sizes

I notice that in the text widget some lines of text are missing and some text comes close to the border of the text widget and indeed the text widget moves towards the border of the fixed panel (which encloses a number of text widgets) when I view the results on a colleague's laptop which has a smaller screen than mine.  For large screen devices, should I design the page on the smallest screen dimensions given in the menu, and that this would adjust if viewed on a slightly bigger screen?  I have tried to keep the size of the text to 12 px.

@JonathanHall3  Yeah the text widget doesn't offer much control even though it is a standalone widget. Try placing a Row first, then place your Text widget in the Row.  It is much more responsive that way. You can control for Gap and Padding.  This solution has worked for me on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile versions of same text.
