I am having issues with the chart widgets after the newest update. When I go to filter my data set using the filter widget, the chart crashes and says 'Error Failed to fetch dynamically imported module: (link)'

This is a major issue as I use these charts to develop reports and always filter my data. This seems to be linked with the new update.

I just received an update from esri support that the bug has been fixed. This issue only occurred with numeric filters. I tested all of my charts this morning and they are back up and running correctly!

Hi @SidneyMechling I suggest logging an Esri Support case if you are able to so they can investigate deeper with info about your chart configuration. https://support.esri.com/en-us/contact

@SidneyMechling We can't reproduce the issue, is there a reproducible app?

I am having issues with setting up a new chart widget in experience builder. I had to abort the project and switch to Dashboards due to time constraints. The process goes as usual. Say for example I am making a pie chart, I select the type, Category type: By group: Once I select the Category field, the widget turns white and is unresponsive after that. The same effect is observed for different charts and datasets. Works fine in Dashboard, but not in Experience Builder....... really disappointed and hope this can be fixed asap.

Hi @kmartin ,

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience. Is the dataset big?
Otherwise can you try adjust the size of chart widget and see if that solve the issue? As we have a known issue that with certain size//ratio of chart layout, the chart becomes unresponsive.

Also, it would be very helpful if you can contact Esri Support to open a ticket and share us a reproducible case/ app. Thanks a lot!

Hello @Wei_Ying ,

Thanks for the reply. Define big.... At the moment it is 18,000 points. Yes, I have requested our IT team, to create a ESRI Support ticket, and I have provided the steps for it to be reproduced a few days ago, I am still awaiting confirmation.  I have will see if it works with fewer points in the meantime, but I am pretty sure that I have done this in other apps (at a previous employer) with more points.

I tried it with fewer points (86) and it did not make a difference. Neither did the type of chart.
