View a feature's attributes in a pop-up and create a feature in a different layer at the same time

I want to view a feature's attributes in a pop-up from one layer and create a feature in a different layer — at the same time. 

As far as I can tell, that isn't possible in Experience Builder. Could that functionality be added?

The solution I will go with is an Experience Builder app that has two editing tools, one for each layer. I see now that I need to edit the features from both layers.
