Support for OGC services

Support for OGC services within experience builder.

Currently, experience builder only supporting ESRI services. 🤔

Web app builder does support OGC:

Even if you have an OGC service within a web map and point your EB app to your web map, the OGC services do not show. Tested with WMS and WFS.

It is important that the implementation also include all relevant widgets and functions, which can query or search a OGC WFS. 

For the good old Web App Builder and Map Viewer Classic, you can only display OGC WFS but not query through the widgets, and it's been so for years.

it works partly in the dashboard. there you can filter and create graphs and lists. however, you cannot jump to the map from the list. option is there but it doesn't work

I would like to have that in there
