Within the Editor widget, there is the Pan tool and the 3 select tools. The highlight/outline of each tool is absent or not true to which tool is actually selected.
When the Pan tool is initially selected, the tool is highlighted with a black outline. As soon as I use the Pan tool, the outline disappears.
When I click on any of the 3 select tools - select by point, select by rectangle or select by lasso - the tool is not highlighted. The only way to know a select tool is selected is by hovering the mouse on the map to see the black cross. The black cross indicates that select by rectangle or select by lasso is selected. The mouse pointer for select by point is an arrow, the same as the pan tool. So looking at the mouse pointer is not an accurate indication of which tool is selected.
When I click on any of the select tools, then click on the same tool again, the operation switches to Pan and the tool will be highlighted with a black square, which will disappear as soon as I pan the map.
When I use any of the selection tools to select a feature on the map which puts the feature into 'edit mode', and either update or cancel and return to the widget's default state, none of the selection tools are highlighted so I don't know what tool I have selected. I can hover my mouse over the map but as there are 2 options for each mouse pointer, I still am left guessing which tool is selected.
