Re-order widgets in widget controller.

It would be very nice to be able to rearrange widgets in a widget controller without having to delete the widget and re-add to the controller.

You can click on the Move widget button on the widget controller toolbar to rearrange widgets.

It should be in both developer edition and AGOL.

Which one do you use? Can you see the Move widget button on the widget contoller toolbar?
