Query Widget Action Enhancement
The query widget results have strange behavior when viewing actions based on the selection.
When no records selected: Top section is "Loaded". "All Data" section only has 3 actions
When only 1 record Selected: Top section is now "Selected". "All Data" section now has full list of actions.
When All records selected: Top section is "Selected". "All Data" section now has just 2 options.
My suggestion below would be to handle as follows which would lead to much less user confusion and a consistent action experience.
Top section is always Selected and if no records it would show as Selected (0) and all actions not visible or grayed out with exception of Select Loaded.
Bottom section is All Data always and should have all actions visible at all times.
