In the Map Layers Widget - Apply Increase/Decrease Transparency to the Symbology Only

Currently, when a user increases the transparency of a feature in the map layers widget within ExB, the transparency is applied to the symbology and the label. Applying this function to the symbology would be extremely helpful, especially when the ability to remove the label for the selected feature is an option. 

Below is the result of an increase to the transparency.

Below is the feature with no transparency applied.
