Fully support zoom for 3D object layers in Experience Builder

Experience Builder does not support "Zoom to" in web scenes when the target layer type is 3D object.

Please can you add support for this.

This has now been logged as ENH-000159301 : Provide the ability to use the "Zoom to" action on a Web Scene when the trigger is a Scene Layer
