Fine Theme Controls

It would be helpful to have more control over the themes in Experience Builder. For example, the ability to fully customize button designs, picklist backgrounds (such as in the filter widget), etc. Further, there are accessibility concerns in application design when dealing with color-blind individuals in certain themes. For example, under certain theme conditions, a "hint" may be hard to see in contrast to popup windows due to a lack of full theme control. Beyond the current theme > customize > Advanced Color setting it would be nice to have these deeper controls for customization.

Complementing the above, it would also be helpful to have documentation that specifies which design element is controlled by which theme setting (e.g., color variable) beyond what is identified here: Theme development | ArcGIS Experience Builder | ArcGIS Developers. Knowing which exact design element/widget setting can be modified through the configuration panel versus what is controlled by the Theme will make the customization process much more efficient and user friendly.
