Have you tried placing these filters in a column widget? There are 6 different types of spacing you can do for a column (start, center, end, space around, space between, space evenly).
Yes, this would work if I was using several individual filter widgets. Those vertical alignment options, as well as the "gap" and "padding" settings would allow you to customize the spacing.
However, when you have a single filter widget with several different group filters configured in the single widget, there is no way to edit the spacing between those filters.
