Our organization has developed Experience Builder templates for anyone at the company to use. Currently, there is no visibility into which templates are most utilized, thus limiting our ability to prioritize maintenance, enhancements, or deprecation of templates based on actual user demand.
In an attempt to track usage, we have added tags to our templates. While these tags carry over to the applications created from the template and allow us to query items with a particular tag, users can remove these tags, making this method unreliable for accurate tracking.
We would like a more robust way to track which templates are being used and how often, so we can focus updates on the most popular templates and consider re-promoting or deprecating less popular ones.
Ideally, the logging would allow us to obtain a list of all ExB applications created from each template. This could be done via a spreadsheet export with other relevant application details or, preferabley, via the Python API.
