I recently submitted a ticket related to this, it was escalated to a BUG and ESRI returned that it was working as expected. ArcGIS BUG-000184836

There is not currently a way to export a csv file with only the information needed, allowing for a specific saved field order, from ANY app that has a selection tool like the lasso tool. OR doesn't have a delete button that cannot be removed.

Here's a review of what I've found in our ENT portal 11.5 looking at ExB and Instant Apps that are suggested when you search for csv. The very kind support tech I worked with before the BUG team got this suggested an Instant App - below I've documented why each of these won't work.

ExB is the closest to having all the features I need. It has a lasso tool AND lets you customize the table/CSV, but you cannot remove the Object ID and mysterious extra x,y from the csv export.

Manager Instant app
Missing: multi-select tool
Does allow: save field visibility and order
Disqualified for: prominent delete button on the table view (needed for CSV export) that cannot be removed.

Sidebar Instant app
Missing: multi-select tool, save field order/visibility
Disqualified for: too many missing features

Media Map Instant app
Missing: multi-select tool, save field order/visibility
Disqualified for: too many missing features

Public Notification Instant app
Missing: export does not keep the field order used in the web map
Does allow for: field visibility selection, multi-select tool
Disqualified for: too many features I don't want, too busy, and field order issues

Nearby Instant app
Missing: results do not save field order/visibility
Does allow for: multi-select, it's a bit awkward for our needs but could work
Disqualified for: field order/visibility in csv

I know zone look up fairly well and know our users don't want to look something up using another feature.

In conclusion my idea is simple - the csv export should reflect exactly the options selected. Other apps can do this - why can't Experience Builder?
