Back in October 2025, experience builder changed and some of the changes were fantastic and others were not so good. My problem is that primary color changes the color to a default of a lighter color. Meaning if your companies color is green and you change the primary color it may become a lighter green, meaning not your companies' color. To fix this, ESRI tells you to do an extra step of clicking the banner and then going to background to change this. I think the Opacity and color changing should be within the themes instead of with the Flow Row. That way people do not have to spend time searching for an unnecessary change that was perfectly fine before the October 2025 update. If ESRI is going to make a major change like color, since we all have to be ADA compliant, then we all need to be notified with the change. Experience Builder is supposed to be user friendly and by adding extra steps to the color, the easy part, you are making the less experienced GIS users have to work so much harder for a tool that should be very easy to fine.
