Coordinate Widget to support multiple coordinate notations

Right now it seems the Coordinate widget will only output coordinates in decimal degrees (DD).

The Coordinate Conversion widget is required to translate from decimal degrees into other coordinate notations (e.g. DMS, DDM etc).

Can the Coordinate widget be updated to support DMS and DDM without having to utilise the Coordinate Conversion widget?

Hello @JustinOdell,

Thank you for submitting this idea! There should currently be a way to adjust the output coordinates notation from the Coordinates widget in Experience Builder by following these steps below:

  1. Open the configuration pane for your Coordinates widget.
  2. Under Output coordinate system click the grey box with your current coordinate system.
  3. Under Display units change from Default to your desired output notation, such as Degrees minutes seconds.
  4. The Coordinates widget should now show the coordinates in the desired output notation.

Let me know if the steps above work on your end to display the correct coordinate notation!

Hi @Charles_Blanchard,

You're absolutely right. I see where I went wrong now. I simply didn't scroll down the list to discover the coordinate formats underneath the distance units!

Thanks for pointing it out!
